Description
Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from concept to completion, managing scope, planning, budget, quality, and change across one or multiple projects
Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, including weekly status reports, SteerCo presentations, and PMO updates
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
Oversee testing phases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business teams
Lead and support a team of up to 5 members (BAs, developers, testers), promoting collaboration and high performance
Ensure compliance with PMO standards and IT governance frameworks, while driving continuous improvement
Bring 5+ years of experience in IT and business environments, supported by a PM certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and solid business acumen in IT and retail
Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies
Additional assets include SAP expertise and experience in retail or e‑Commerce environments
