As Personal Assistant you will provide a high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO of AXA Partners Benelux & Nordics and several Executive Committee members in all aspects of their responsibilities. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, be flexible and manage competing priorities, and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
You will also collaborate on the realization of key corporate projects.
What you'll be doing:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage AXA Partners Benelux CEO's and Exco members' agenda
* Prioritize inquiries and requests; use common sense and make recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
* Organize and prepare meetings
* Collect and prepare information and documents
* Coordinate travel arrangements
* Manage and process expenses
* Create presentations using MS Office
* Proof-read documents in Dutch, French and English
* Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks
* Collaborate with other teams on topics of shared interest to ensure effective preparation of meetings and presentation material
* Coordinate and/or contribute to specific projects in close collaboration with other internal team (Sales & Marketing, HR,…)
* Contribute to event's organization and other corporate initiatives
* Monitor the implementation of special projects
What you'll bring:
* Bachelor's degree of Personal Assistant, Office Management or Administration
* +3 years of proven experience in a similar role as Personal or Management assistant
* Experience in a corporate environment working for senior level management
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Trilingual French, Dutch and English
* Excellent organizational and coordination skills
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to multitask and prioritize
* Eye for details and quality
* Dynamic and proactive
* Flexible towards change and unforeseen circumstances
