* Monitor project progress using simple tracking tools and performance indicators to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
* Proactively identify potential risks or issues and implement corrective actions where necessary.
* Ensure clear and structured communication with operational teams and management.
* Analyse logistics flows and lead process improvement initiatives in collaboration with teams on the ground.
* Ensure compliance with operational standards regarding safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
* Produce clear and practical documentation to facilitate the adoption and sustainability of the solutions implemented.

* Ability to structure and organise projects by applying project management methods.
* Good command of the operational and IT tools used in logistics environments.
* Analytical skills based on data, facts and performance indicators.
* Experience with logistics systems (WMS, supply chain ERP or operational digital solutions) is a significant advantage.
Personal qualities

* Strong operational awareness and a desire to be at the heart of operations.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
* Proactive and hands-on approach: you play an active role in driving projects forward.
