Responsibilities
* Communicate with account & project managers to establish goals, outcomes and timelines for deliverables
* Conceptualize ideas and generate content from a variety of ideas
* Create strong visual designs based on given criteria
* Understand characteristics of target audience and find effective ways to reach them
* Creates motions design as well (AfterEffects experience is a plus)
* Artificial Intelligence experience and awareness is KEY
* Evaluate and adapt designs based on feedback provided
Qualifications
* Degree in Digital design / Motion design (required)
* 3-4+ years of relevant experience
* Proficient in AI tools, Adobe Creative suite and Photoshop.
* Strong creative, design and multitasking skills
* Demonstrated ability to create effective designs
* Detail oriented
* Proactive
