We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Advisor to join our dynamic team and drive IT transformative projects.
As a Senior Advisor within the CIO Advisory team, you will leverage your expertise to strategically support and guide medium- to large size organizations through their digital and technology-led transformation journeys.
Responsibilities
* Collaborating with clients in defining their IT strategy and IT target operating model and the actual roll-out of this strategy within the organization.
o Shaping vision on Digital & IT Strategy & Transformation (evaluating as-is, identifying gaps, shaping plans, guiding transformation journey)
o Evaluating & designing Digital & IT TOM (processes, people, service delivery model, governance)
o Creating roadmaps for transformation journey
* Guiding clients in outsourcing strategies, enhancing existing relationships with external service providers, and optimizing service delivery models
* Assessing architecture landscape and providing forward-looking recommendations
* Ensuring quality assurance in technology transformations through peer reviews, risk assessments, and issue resolution
* Identifying and shaping business opportunities and supporting go-to-market activities to further drive growth.
* Supervising and coaching project teams to deliver transformation projects/programs effectively.
