To support us in achieving our mission, we are seeking a Site Acquisition Agent (a.k.a. "Negotiator") to join our team.

As a Site Acquisition Agent/ Negotiator, you will be responsible for facilitating and leading negotiations between multiple parties to achieve positive resolutions. This role requires the ability to analyze complex situations, apply communication skills, and develop effective strategies to ensure successful outcomes. You will work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where quick decision-making, strategic thinking, and adaptability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead negotiations between parties to achieve mutually beneficial agreements;
* Analyze the interests, needs, and positions of each party to develop effective negotiation strategies;
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and promote a positive and collaborative dynamic;
* Prepare, review, and manage contracts related to site acquisition;
* Document negotiation results and ensure that all agreements comply with the legal and ethical standards;
* Contribute to the drafting of policies and procedures for negotiations and conflict resolution.

Must-Have Qualities & Talents
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
* Capacity to work under pressure and adapt quickly to dynamic environments;
* Good knowledge of the legal and ethical aspects of negotiations;
* Team-player attitude with strong interpersonal skills;
* Proficiency in French, Flemish, and/or English.
