Context
In the context of the Indosuez acquisition of Degroof Petercam, we have a unique opportunity to present our fund offering and asset management expertise to a wider audience. We are therefore looking for a talented professional to service this broader potential client base, actively reaching out to both retail and institutional investors.
Your position
* Write, and maintain fund documentation, ranging from fund legal to operational product documentation and reporting.
* Ensure coherence between prospectuses, fact sheets and marketing material
* Monitor, manage and update product data in internal (content libraries, funds website etc.) and external databases (FE fundinfo, Morningstar, etc.).
* Consult with local regulatory bodies (FSMA and potentially other European bodies) to seek document approval and guarantee compliance with local regulation.
* Keep up to date with relevant regulation and fund developments and make sure documentation is compliant. Coordinate with Compliance and Legal to ensure content meets all legal and ethical standards.
* Work closely with the Content Marketing and other Marketing teams across Europe.
* Coordinate with Product Management and participate in the Product Management Committee, follow up and implement its decisions.
* You report functionally to the Global Head of Investment Solutions Marketing and hierarchically to the Global Head of Channel Marketing, Institutional.
Your profile
* You have a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in a field that is relevant to the position.
* You preferably have a first experience (1 to 3 years) in a similar role.
* You are fluent in Dutch and have working proficiency in French and English and can communicate complex financial concepts with clarity, precision, and creativity.
* You are analytical and have excellent data processing skills. You are a detail-oriented individual, who aims for consistency and quality across all content.
* Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must, knowledge of coding is a bonus.
* You operate effectively in a structured environment, are process-driven. You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid of doing occasional administrative work and working within set frameworks and guidelines.
* You are a team-player, who collaborates well with other team members, from marketing to portfolio managers, from legal to compliance teams. You reach out when you have questions.
