HSK Mindshift is the newest online team within HSK and offers innovative treatments entirely online. We are looking for an innovator who, with great energy, helps build the team and shape the future of online treatment.

At HSK Mindshift, we combine digital technology with personal contact. We offer digital modules that clients can work on at a time which is suitable for them. These modules are alternated with frequent and accessible contact with the therapist. This is how the treatment program looks like:
* Ten weeks of digital modules. Each module starts with an online session between the therapist and the client, after which the client works independently on personalized assignments.
* Throughout the program, the therapist maintains regular contact via chat messages. For example: "I see that you successfully completed this assignment—well done How exactly did you approach it?" This encourages clients to stay actively engaged with their treatment.
* In addition to the modules, HSK offers supplementary content such as articles, podcasts, interviews, and animations. This content allow clients to deepen their understanding of their symptoms and recovery options.
Job Description
Our treatments focus on addressing symptoms directly and providing clients with tools to independently overcome future challenges. Within HSK Mindshift, we work with innovative care routes focused on the treatment of depression and PTSD. We aim to expand these care routes in the future.
* You provide treatment via video calls and combine this with e-health applications to achieve effective outcomes.
* In this challenging role, you are part of the team as a lead practitioner, conducting intakes, diagnostics, and treatments.
* Through weekly supervision and coaching, you contribute to the professional development of your colleagues. You report to the team leader.

* A salary conform CAO GGZ, FWG 65 and a 13th-month bonus.

* An annual work–life balance budget of €1,000 (based on full-time employment) if you join before July 1st. You can decide how to spend this budget according to the three options outlined in the CAO GGZ.

Working from abroad
We are happy to offer the possibility of performing this role from abroad. Unfortunately, laws and regulations prevent us from hiring candidates who live abroad full-time. Legislation requires that you be registered and reside in the Netherlands for at least half of the year. During the remaining months, you may work from any country within the EU. About The Team*
HSK Online currently consists of two teams of eight colleagues each. The newest team is called HSK Mindshift and uses the latest care routes focused on the treatment of PTSD and depression. In addition to treating clients, this team focuses on the development of online treatment. We deliberately choose teams of no more than eight colleagues to ensure close collaboration and efficient online meetings. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the day-to-day running of the team. Weekly team meetings take place. There is always room to connect, and communication lines are short. It's different from "dropping by someone's office," but a digital knock on the door is just as easy

Requirements
Team HSK Mindshift is still in the early stages of development. Therefore we search for colleagues who like help building a team and gain energy from overcoming obstacles during the start-up phase. You don't mind if your workday doesn't always run smoothly and see opportunities to improve processes and services. Above all, you have an affinity with online treatment and see it as your mission to expand its possibilities as much as possible.
Additionally, we find the following important:
* You are a BIG-registered healthcare psychologist (GZ-psychologist).
* You have experience providing supervision and coaching to junior psychologists.
* Preferably, you are experienced in CBT and EMDR.
* You speak fluent English. Dutch and any other language is a plus.
* You live in The Netherlands.
* Experience with e-health and online work is an advantage.
