Job description
* Achieve ambitious sales targets within East and West Flanders
* Promote a surgical product portfolio focused on hernia repair and plastic and reconstructive breast surgery
* Build strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, nurses, and procurement departments
* Present and demonstrate innovative products in hospital settings
* Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
* Conduct price and contract negotiations with hospital stakeholders
* Represent the company at national and international congresses and events
* Report sales activities, pipeline, and results accurately via Salesforce
Requirements
* Bachelor level of thinking and working
* 3 to 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
* Excellent command of Dutch and good knowledge of English; French is a plus
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
* Self-driven, proactive, and results oriented
* Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Experience with project management and product launches is an asset
