Do you love steering a quality community and coaching a team of quality engineers? If so, we’d love to meet you! We’re currently on the lookout for a Senior Quality EngineerIng Manager to coach our Quality team. You'll be at the heart of quality assurance for the Miles Enterprise Suite – an all-in-one ERP software solution covering front, mid, and back-office operations. Your team will be responsible for validating that our newly developed product features match our quality standards and meet business and functional requirements. You will also steer the Quality Community with members all over the company and you will play a key role in defining quality improvements and improving development, delivery and release processes to ensure a better-quality standard for all deliveries. Your responsibilities will include: Setting Team Direction: Ensure team initiatives align with Sofico's company goals. Coaching and Development: Provide career development coaching to enhance team members’ skills and performance. Motivation and Inspiration: Foster a positive, collaborative work culture. Quality Community Steering: Steer the Quality Community, come up with ideas and make sure the overall quality improves. Test Management and Planning: Define and implement a suitable test management approach for the team, both for manual and automated tests Pre-Release Validation: Continuously improve shift-left testing in CI/CD pipelines, including security scans and performance baselining Quality Assurance in SDLC: Oversee quality control gates and ensure readiness for release. Test Automation: oversee and manage the automated test framework and test set Monitoring and Reporting: further improve the quality monitoring and KPI’s Your skills and interest We are looking for a Team Coach who brings a combination of strong leadership abilities and quality focus including experience in improving product quality. If you have a passion for guiding teams, you may be the perfect fit for this role. Proven Team Leadership: You have previous experience as a Team Leader (5 years) with a strong track record of successfully managing and developing teams. Interpersonal Skills: You naturally interact with and understand the needs of your team members, fostering strong and supportive relationships. Career Coaching: You possess expertise in guiding and coaching team members on their career development, helping them to achieve their full potential. Collaboration: You are a strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments and works effectively with others to achieve shared goals. Self-Initiated and Motivated : Ability to drive direction independently, being self-initiated and highly motivated to meet service and quality objectives. Quality Assurance: Experience in quality assurance of software solutions and steering a community around quality. Test techniques: Proficiency in structured testing, test techniques, and test methodologies ATM: Experience with and knowledge of automated test frameworks and tools.
