As Head of the IT and Cyber Risk Management team you lead our team of 6 experts, who are dedicated to identifying, advising, consulting, monitoring and reporting on IT and Cyber risks to minimize overall IT risk exposure at an optimize cost.ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for the people management and overall team organization. You enable the organization and planning of the team following the Agile methodology and principles.You grow your team members by coaching, challenging and stretching them.
