Functional Analyst – SAP Finance & ControllingDuration: ASAP – 31/12/2026Workload: Full time hoursSetup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Sole Trader)Location: Seraing, Belgium (Hybrid)OverviewWe need an experienced SAP FI/CO Functional Analyst to act as a finance domain expert, supporting a complex SAP landscape while contributing to strategic initiatives including an SAP S/4HANA transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the functional reference for SAP Finance & Controlling across a multi‐entity, multi‐country SAP environmentProvide operational support, training, and coaching to key users and end usersConfigure, maintain, and document SAP FI/CO processes and technical set‐upsManage user roles and authorisations within SAPLead and contribute to SAP rollouts, new implementations, and system evolution projectsTranslate business requirements into functional blueprints and technical designsSupport testing, data migration, deployment, and end‐user training activitiesCollaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, including offshore teamsMust‐Have SkillsStrong hands‐on expertise in SAP FI/CO, including FI‐AA, CO‐CCA, and CO‐PCAMinimum 8 years' experience as an SAP Functional AnalystSolid understanding of financial and controlling processesExperience working in large, complex SAP landscapesFluent English (French is a strong advantage)Nice‐to‐HaveSAP S/4HANA project experienceKnowledge of SAP PS or other SAP modulesExperience with Jira and ConfluenceBackground in industrial or engineering environments
