Join a dynamic Business Solutions team driving a major claims transformation program! You'll help define the future of claims operations, optimizing processes, shaping IT solutions, and delivering real value for brokers and clients.
🛠What You’ll Do
* Define high-level business objectives & strategic value for claims operations
* Conceptualize “to-be” business & functional processes for optimization
* Collaborate with IT Architects to define high-level architecture
* Structure projects into feature backlogs for IT implementation
* Provide market insights on Belgian claims insurance & case management tools
* Manage internal & external stakeholder relationships
* Drive delivery, testing & support of implemented solutions
💼Your Profile
* 5–8 years in Non-Life Insurance claims & Business Analysis
* Strong MS Office & BPM tools (Visio) skills
* Preferably experienced with digital projects & claims software
* Analytical, client-focused, organized, assertive & independent
* Excellent communicator
