We seek a dedicated, proactive, and experienced Specialized Sales Representative to join our dynamic Digital Workplace Solutions team at Atos. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in digital workplace trends, enterprise software integration, and change management principles to support clients'' journeys toward a more efficient and collaborative digital workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the go to expert for existing and potential customers, presenting innovative digital solutions tailored to their unique needs.
* Cultivate strong relationships with IT decision makers through effective listening, empathy, and demonstrating a genuine interest in understanding their unique workplace challenges.
* Maintain and expand your knowledge of Atos''s diverse Digital Workplace portfolio to effectively address customer challenges.
* Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
* Partner with Digital Workplace Teams to design and implement customized solutions that improve the employee experience and boost operational efficiency.
* Stay informed on digital workplace trends, enterprise software integration, and change management principles to effectively address client needs.
The Team: This is a dynamic position at Atos that offers significant freedom and responsibility. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of solution experts, delivery executives, client executive partners, and account sales executives to effectively sell our innovative solutions. The Digital Workplace Sales Representative reports directly to the Head of Sales for Atos and Eviden Belux, while also maintaining a dotted reporting line to the Head of Digital Workplace Business Line Belux. Your primary work location will be our office in Zaventem, but you will also have the flexibility to work from home.
