About the Role
This Business Development role involves Sales Development and People Recruitment. As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will directly report to our CEO with close coaching and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Development:
o Identify potential targets and establish strong business relationships
o Pitch and contact in an Omnichannel approach to meet client needs
o Secure recruitment requests from existing clients
o Closely collaborate with customers to meet their requirements
2. People Recruitment:
o Screen suitable candidates through job boards, searching and adverts, contact networking, referral
o Contact potential candidates to assess suitability for roles and conduct interviews
o Closely work with hiring managers to find the best fit
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A business development mindset with a focus on new sales behavior
* Knowledge in IT, Telecoms & Technology sectors
* Ability to work autonomously with good listening and communication skills
* Interpersonal sales and communication skills
* Independent and autonomous
* A graduate degree with a Master's or Bachelor in Business or Engineering
* Fluent English language skills with additional proficiency in French
* Dutch language skills are a plus
