Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Automation & AI Specialist to join our 'Commercial & Marketing' chapter. Your mission is to bridge the gap between business performance and technological excellence. You will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing end-to-end automation solutions.
The ideal candidate is a 'Builder' at heart: someone who master’s the Microsoft automation and AI ecosystem for corporate stability but leverages other Agile Automation tools and other Agentic AI solutions to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Definition
Audit & Roadmap: Analyze existing commercial and marketing processes to identify automation opportunities with the highest ROI.
Solution Architecture: Design workflows connecting Microsoft internal tools, potentially integrating with external marketing platforms and AI agents.
Business orientation: Good understanding of Business needs (Sales/Marketing) and IT constraints.
2. Implementation & Development
Corporate Automation: setting up automation framework, build and maintain simple to complex flows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
Agile Orchestration: Deploy MVPs to advanced integrations using Microsoft automation tools. Non-Microsoft tools can also be envisaged (n8n.io, Make.com, or Zapier) for rapid prototyping and complex API handling.
Agentic AI: Design and implement AI Agents using Copilot Studio, OpenAI Assistants, or custom Python scripts.
3. Enablement & Communication
Pedagogy: Document solutions clearly and train team members.
Reporting: Present automation performance and business impact to the Chapter Lead and stakeholders.
Technical Skills
The Microsoft Stack (Essential)
Expertise: Power Automate (Cloud & RPA), Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Legacy: Strong proficiency in VBA for Excel/Access automation maintenance.
The Automation & AI Edge (Crucial)
iPaaS Platforms: Hands-on experience automation platforms (with n8n, Make.com, Zapier)
Agentic AI: Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
Coding: Solid Python and JavaScript skills, or equivalent automation language(s)
API Mastery: REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth2.
Soft Skills
Consultative Mindset: Ability to challenge and shape requirements.
Clarity: Strong communication skills.
Pedagogy: Enjoys mentoring and sharing knowledge.
Languages: English required; French/Dutch a strong asset.
Background & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Business Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Alternative: Equivalent professional experience with a proven track record of automation projects will be equally considered.
Experience: 3-5+ years in Automation Engineering, or AI Consulting.
