Supply Chain Operations Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical thinker to join our team as a Supply Chain Operations Specialist. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination between customer demand and supply capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect, integrate, and analyze customer requirements and demand fluctuations.
* Monitor alignment between customer demand and stock availability.
* Develop procurement plans while respecting supplier constraints and lead times.
* Oversee order status from supplier confirmation through to final receipt.
* Ensure timely and accurate shipments to customers based on well-defined procedures.
* Maintain stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy in compliance with internal policies.
Requirements:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and logistics.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
About You
We are looking for a Junior to Confirmed experience level candidate with a Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or Economics. Fluency in French and English is required, along with a strong command of MS Office, especially Excel.
