R&D Partners is seeking a Facility Program Manager to lead the execution of a digital strategy for a new, fully connected and digitalized factory in Geel. This role involves overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of digital systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
* Organize and manage governance processes to monitor progress and address challenges.
* Plan, develop, and implement digital systems for efficient factory operations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including management, project teams, suppliers, and partners.
* Oversee the use of appropriate technologies to support production and management processes.
* Ensure compliance with digital standards, cybersecurity, and quality requirements.
* Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall timelines.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to design and implement digital systems.
* Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate potential issues.
* Provide technical expertise and leadership to address complex challenges.
* Communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress and challenges.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Experience in managing digital strategies and projects, preferably in industrial or pharmaceutical settings.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
* Knowledge of digital systems, including infrastructure, applications, and compliance standards (e.g., GxP, SOX, Cybersecurity).
* Leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Flemish or French is a plus.
