About the RoleAs part of a replacement, we are looking for a Service Administration Coordinator to join an international technical organization supporting service operations in Belgium and the Netherlands .
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth service execution by coordinating between customers, field service engineers, and internal teams. This position is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a technical, customer-facing environment .
Key ResponsibilitiesManage service contracts : creation, follow-up, and renewalsHandle invoicing for service contracts and work ordersSchedule and dispatch Field Service EngineersCreate and follow up on service ordersOrder and track spare partsEnsure data accuracy and quality in SAP (ServiceMax is a plus)Act as a main point of contact for customers regarding service coordinationPerform general service administration tasks
Working EnvironmentService Administration team of 3 peopleCollaboration with 13 Field Service Engineers based in Belgium and the NetherlandsDaily interaction with technical teams and customersStructured, fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Profile We're Looking ForExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in service administration or customer serviceExperience in a technical, customer-facing environmentSAP experience is mandatory (ServiceMax is a strong plus)Experience with the Dutch market is an advantage
Languages (mandatory)Dutch: fluent (main working language)English: fluentFrench: minimum B1 level
