Test Coordinator – SAP SuccessFactors
Our customer in the retail sector is implementing SAP SuccessFactors with integrations to local HR systems. A Test Coordinator is required to coordinate and execute testing activities across the HR landscape, covering functionality, integrations, data, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
* Define test plan including scope, timelines, roles, responsibilities, and Go/No-Go criteria
* Coordinate End-to-End testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Support definition and documentation of test scenarios with business stakeholders
* Ensure coverage of Belgian legal, payroll, tax, and SAP localisation requirements
* Validate integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HR systems, payroll, time management, and other applications
* Coordinate testing with business users, process owners, technical teams, integration teams, and vendors
* Track testing progress and provide status reporting
* Identify risks and dependencies and escalate issues
* Support integration testing, regression testing, and go-live readiness
Profile
* Experience as Test Coordinator in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
* Experience in SAP HR and SuccessFactors environments

* Knowledge of HR processes including Core HR, payroll, time management, position management, reporting, and analytics
Additional Details
* Location: Brussels (50% onsite)
* Contract: Freelance
* Duration: 12 months
