What you do
* Further expansion of the SIP Protection brand in your region. SIP Protection is a leading European brand in chainsaw protective clothing.
* After internal training and onboarding, you determine the market and distribution strategy together with the Business Unit Manager.
* Key account management and building lasting relationships with various stakeholders: entrepreneurs, purchasers, shop managers and end users.
* Sale of the standard clothing range with the possibility of translating market needs into OEM solutions, specials or new ideas for the standard range.
* Support by a technical team (Designer, Product Developer) and back office employee.
* Providing technical support and product training to customers, acting as the face and point of reference for SIP Protection in your region.
Who you are
* You have a higher education (Bachelor/Master).
* Affinity with the forestry, tree care or outdoor market (professional, through background or strong interest) is a must.
* You are extremely sales-oriented and succeed in achieving maximum results with a structured project approach and passion for your product.
* You are able to commercially translate technical characteristics to the customer.
* You are a strong communicator with a diplomatic approach, combining persuasive skills with solid expertise.
* You are creative, open-minded, solution-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
* You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
* You are willing to travel frequently (40 - 50%).
* You strengthen our presence in the DACH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland).
