Role: Business Development Manager – Sustainability & IT Lifecycle Solutions

We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager who enjoys consultative selling, building trusted partnerships, and helping organization's rethink the lifecycle of their IT assets.
This is not a high-volume transactional sales role, but rather a relationship-focused position where long-term value and meaningful client partnerships are key.
What you’ll be doing:
* Developing strategic relationships with mid-market and enterprise organization's across Belgium and Europe
* Engaging with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers
* Managing consultative sales cycles from first conversation through to contract negotiation
* Advising clients on sustainability, IT lifecycle management, compliance, and asset recovery solutions
* Collaborating closely with international teams across sales, operations, and marketing
* Building a strong pipeline while maintaining a highly relationship-focused approach
What we’re looking for:
* Experience within B2B sales, business development, account management, or consultative solution selling
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Someone who genuinely enjoys networking and creating long-term partnerships
* Interest in sustainability, circular economy, ESG, or environmentally responsible technology solutions
* Experience within IT, hardware, managed services, IT lifecycle services, or related environments is highly beneficial
* Fluent Dutch/ French and strong English communication skills
