Administrative & Accounting Manager

Manage & Oversee All Projects & Team Members

Main Responsabilities

Key Accounting & Administrative Functions:

* Manage full-cycle accounting - invoicing, payments, analytics and monthly closings.
* Monitor financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll.
* Budget tracking and reporting
* Ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Contribute to strategic decision-making alongside the board.
* Handling office management duties.

Human Resources & Team Engagement:

* Support HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, records management, payroll optimization and benefits administration.
* Help maintain a positive company culture by organizing team-building activities and internal events.
* Contribute to the planning of team moments that foster collaboration, connection, and well-being.

What You Bring:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles.
* Proficient in accounting software (Horus).
* Strong MS Office Skills - especially Excel, Google Tools, Airtbale, Dropbox & Falco
* Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable across teams.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Extremely well-organised
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
* Language Skills – Fluent English and French (Dutch is a Bonus)
* Candidate must be based in Brussels
