About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Expert to join a dynamic Facility Management team responsible for the technical management and maintenance of a large portfolio of operational buildings.
In this role, you will oversee technical installations, coordinate maintenance activities, manage multidisciplinary projects, and ensure the optimal performance of critical building infrastructure. You will work closely with Building Managers, Site Managers, contractors, engineers, and technical partners to maintain high operational standards across multiple sites.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage technical projects from A to Z, from design to implementation and acceptance
* Monitor and control daily maintenance activities across multiple buildings
* Prepare technical reports, incident analyses, investigations, and meeting minutes
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and external service providers
* Review and approve purchase orders and technical proposals
* Define, implement, and continuously improve maintenance strategies
* Ensure the reliability and performance of building installations
* Establish and monitor KPIs related to maintenance and service delivery
* Respond rapidly to technical incidents and implement corrective actions
* Monitor preventive maintenance programs and optimize operational efficiency
* Manage technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
* Support energy efficiency initiatives and environmental compliance programs
* Act as a technical advisor for building users and stakeholders
Technical Scope
You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of:
* HVAC systems
* Electrical installations
* Sanitary systems
* Kitchen equipment
* Building Management Systems (BMS)
* Elevators and lifting equipment
* General building infrastructure and technical facilities
Your Profile
* Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or building management environment
* Strong experience in project management and execution of technical/construction works
* Expertise in a technical discipline such as HVAC or Electrical Engineering
* Good knowledge of building technologies, systems, and construction methodologies
* Proficiency with MS Office tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
* Team player with adaptability and a proactive attitude
* Willingness to participate in an on-call service rotation
