CONTRACT TYPE
12 Month Temporary Specified Purpose Contract
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead demand generation activities in the assigned territory associated to his/her role.
• Provide support to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin for Phibro products in the assigned territory.
• Provide technical support for customers, key influencers and end users ensuring proper use of products.
• Support local distributors for demand creation, technical service, training and sales support as required to drive the sale of products.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned area and provide guidance to appropriate Species Business Manager.
• Attend customer events and connect with relevant Key Opinion Leaders.
• Strengthen relationships by following strategic account management principles and behaviours.
• Inform customers about Phibro’s pricing policy and other relevant business information.
• Plan and forecast customer demand to anticipate supply requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for the territory
• Comply with Phibro’s policies and lead with the highest level of integrity.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned based on business needs.
• Frequent travel required within assigned territory and occasional international travel.
EDUCATION
• Ideally have a Degree in Veterinary medicine or must have Animal Science or Nutritional degree
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 10 years of experience in animal health and established poultry network in IBERIA.
• Commercial acumen with technical orientation (poultry field technical experience preferred).
• Ability to self-manage daily activities and responsibilities.
• Teamwork mindset to connect with European and global colleagues.
• Full Fluency in Spanish & conversational level English.
