About the Role
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you ensure the smooth, efficient, and data-driven execution of all marketing activities. Acting as the operational backbone of the marketing team, this role manages marketing systems, coordinates campaign setup and delivery, and maintains accurate reporting across key performance metrics. You will optimize workflows, ensure data quality, and provide cross-functional coordination to enable marketing excellence.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with corporate goals, brand strategy, and business line objectives.
* Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and drive adoption of marketing tools and automation.
* Coordinate all marketing activities across campaigns, channels, stakeholders, and agencies for consistent, timely delivery.
* Measure performance and analyze market insights, ensuring data integrity and leveraging analytics for continuous improvement.
* Lead and manage the marketing team, setting priorities, coaching talent, and overseeing budget alignment.
Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Skills
* 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
* Proven experience in project management, process optimization, and people management.
* Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms (CRM, automation, analytics).
* Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
