They are deploying an off-the-shelf solution that must integrate with numerous legacy systems, involving significant interface development. The project roadmap includes extensive System Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, and a structured go-live strategy-
In this context, they are looking for a System Integration Lead:
Required expertise:
Experience: Lead role, IT, Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, integration, interfaces, middleware, data, defect analysis, technical design, architectural design, connectivity, data analysis and migration
Technical knowledge: MQ, APIs, messaging, Json, xml,…
Experience in complete project lifecycle (requirements, specifications, testing, deployment, hypercare)
Collaboration with cross-functional teams: IT teams, business, vendors, project team
Profile: Medium/Senior (min. 4 years of experience)
Expectations:
Long-term dedication, including hypercare and post go-live releases
Assets:
Logistics/aviation business knowledge
Migration & cut-over as preparation to go-live
BI reporting
Flexible and proactive (not afraid/ hesitant to go to the business or other teams for information).
Suggested tasks (tbc based on expertise)
Integration coordination and follow-up
Analysis of technical and integration issues
Analysis of functional issues (workflows, processes, gaps)
Analysis of data integrity issues
Problem solving and coordination (with business, IT, vendor)
Follow-up of interface design phase in a changing architectural landscape
Data preparations for UAT
Support on migration cut-over and deployment activities.
Option: take on Business Analysis tasks (e.g. Draw out operational process)
