We are currently looking for an Accounts Payables Accountant to join our dynamic team here at Service & Support Centre.

Do
15. Control the scanning of the invoices and the expense notes and follow up on issues
16. Responsible of the entire payables process from the approval flow to the payment of invoices/expense notes
17. Codify and match digitalized invoices
18. Ensure proper follow up of the suppliers balance
19. Deal with month-end provisions/deferred expenses and ensure proper reconciliation of these accounts
20. Take care of the monthly VAT declaration (supervised by chief accountant)
21. Correspond with vendors and colleagues by phone and email relating to all accounts payable issues (reminder, invoice copy request…)
22. Deal with the auditors on the payables aspects.

23. A bachelor degree in accounting with minimum 2 years’ experience as Payable accountant
24. Good knowledge of accounting standard
25. Use to analytic accounting
26. Computer minded
27. Good communication skills, both written and oral in French and English
