Operational Excellence Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and implementing our operational excellence program, with a focus on creating a continuous improvement mindset and providing tools and techniques to develop organizational self-sufficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing CI processes, such as TPM for manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma in consumer goods industries. They will also possess servant leadership skills, great team player abilities, and experience in change management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply CI principles, tools, and techniques to create a zero-loss culture that enhances our capabilities in loss identification, loss eradication, and prevention.
* Nurture a CI culture that challenges the status quo and changes employees' behaviors.
* Provide training on CI tools and techniques to drive teams through CI cycles and coach employees to successfully achieve their targets.
* Encourage leaders to manage performance using balanced scorecards and coordinate KPI performance reviews, utilizing root-cause analysis for those out of target and implementing corrective actions.
