What will you be doing?
At BDO, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients across theprivate and public sectors by providing tailored advice and solutions for real estate and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities include:
1. Providing strategic financial advice on corporate finance, fund structuring, and investment decisions.
2. Leading feasibility studies to assess the financial viability of large-scale projects.
3. Preparing proposals, reports, and presentations to communicate your findings clearly and effectively.
4. Collaborating with team members and partners on complex deals and ensuring successful project outcomes.
5. Building dynamic financial models in Excel to support decision-making for PPPs, renewable energy projects, and large-scale developments.
What do you bring to the table?
6. Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
7. At least 4 years of experience in financial modelling, project finance, or corporate banking.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset—you love tackling complex financial challenges and turning them into actionable solutions.
9. Strong command of Dutch and English. French is an asset.
10. Microsoft Excel has no secrets for you.
11. Proactive and results-driven—you're eager to develop further expertise in financial modelling techniques.
12. Familiarity with the FAST modelling standard, VBA, or other financial tools is a plus.
13. Technical knowledge of real estate and construction is a plus.
