As a Medior Full-Stack Developer, you work autonomously within the technology stack and take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from front end to back end and cloud deployment. You collaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and fellow engineers to translate healthcare needs into scalable, high-quality software solutions. While you are comfortable handling moderately complex tasks independently, you continue to grow through coaching from the Engineering Manager and technical mentorship from the Tech Lead in a modern, cloud-native environment. Challenges Owning features end to end, from UI through backend logic to cloud deployment Balancing front-end and back-end responsibilities in a true full-stack role Working in a cloud-native, serverless environment while maintaining code quality and reliability Collaborating closely with Product to refine requirements and make technical trade-offs Adapting to an evolving technology landscape as platforms and stacks are consolidated Gaining deep understanding of complex healthcare domain logic and data flows Profile 2–5 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer Comfortable working independently on moderately complex tasks while knowing when to seek guidance Proven experience owning features end to end, from front end to backend and database Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS, preferably using serverless services (e.g. Lambda) Proficiency in a modern front-end framework, such as Angular Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment Basic understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices, with willingness to deepen this knowledge Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with Product Managers, QA, and other engineers Interest in learning and evolving with the platform, including exposure to Java and React as a plus Fluent in English as the main working language; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus Offer A fascinating and challenging role within an experienced, highly innovative, and dynamic team and company.
