We are seeking a
Technical Program Manager / Director
to lead strategic R&D initiatives in
Power Semiconductor and Power Systems
, with a focus on
DC, EV, and PV
applications. This is a high-impact role, ideal for a technically astute, innovation-driven professional looking to shape the future of power electronics.
As a key figure within our global R&D team, you will bridge deep technical analysis with strategic program management—driving breakthrough innovation and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the value chain.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate cutting-edge technologies and assess commercial potential through research, trend analysis, and simulation
* Deliver high-impact reports and insights to senior leadership to shape long-term strategic direction
* Conduct feasibility studies and define technology roadmaps
* Lead and align corporate and business unit innovation programs
* Build and manage an international network of researchers, suppliers, and ecosystem partners
* Provide technical input into product development strategies
* Support prototyping efforts to assess concepts and early-stage designs
* Facilitate internal workshops, maintaining active collaboration with academia and industry
To be considered you will need the following:
* PhD in a relevant engineering or science discipline
* 5+ years of experience in either industry or academia
Technical Expertise in One or More Areas:
1. Power Semiconductors (GaN, SiC)
2. Power Electronics and Power Modules
3. Smart Power MCU Systems (incl. calibration, control, diagnostics)
4. Applications in Data Centers, EV, PV + Energy Storage
5. Power Conversion and Power Distribution Networks
