Location: Brussels, Belgium (hybrid)
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support the continuous improvement of our European fleet systems and help deliver best-in-class products and services to our customers.
This role acts as a bridge between business and technical teams across central and local markets, ensuring system changes meet operational needs while supporting regional standardisation. You will work closely with stakeholders and vendors to translate business needs into clear requirements and drive change from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyse and translate business change requests into clear, aligned requirements
* Assess business and process impact of system changes
* Support enhancements across fleet systems (contract management, quoting, reporting, remarketing, short-term rental)
* Lead and participate in workshops and business committees to define priorities
* Coordinate collaboration between business users and external vendors
* Manage change requests and small initiatives end-to-end, including testing and communication
* Prepare proposals for Product/IT approval, including scope, effort and budget
* Maintain and monitor a 6–12 month EU product roadmap
* Act as the key interface between Head Office, local markets and vendors
* Drive continuous improvement in governance, ways of working and knowledge sharing
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Experience in business analysis, project management or a similar role, ideally in an international environment
* Strong requirements gathering and business process mapping skills
* Analytical and critical thinking mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively with ambiguity
* Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
Desirable
* Knowledge of project management methodologies
* Experience with fleet, leasing or mobility systems
* Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
Education
* Degree in Business, IT, Project Management or a comparable field

* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

* Willingness to travel occasionally
