About the role
We’re hiring a Token Economist to design, validate, and evolve the on-chain economy of our protocol - from emissions and staking to fees, incentives, governance, and long-term treasury sustainability.
You work at the intersection of mechanism design, DeFi, game theory, and product. You don’t “draw a token curve” - you build models, stress tests, and governance-ready proposals that protect the protocol under real market conditions.
Compensation
Base salary: $110,000 – $210,000 USD/year (by experience: mid-senior)
Annual bonus: 15-30%
Tokens / equity: allocation with 4-year vesting, 12-month cliff
Signing bonus: $10K–$25K for candidates with proven live protocol launches
