We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to strengthen and evolve the visual presence of Aromen.
This role supports branding, marketing, education, and product communication. Helping translate ideas, stories, and experiences into visual form.
Beyond execution, this position offers a strong creative opportunity: to contribute ideas, shape concepts, and be part of a team that is actively building and redefining the world of wellness and sauna culture.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Marketing Creatives
* Develop marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, product sheets, and presentations
* Support storytelling through visual content
2. Education & Sales Support Materials
* Design presentations for trainers, ambassadors, and internal use
* Create certificates and structured communication materials
* Support clear and engaging educational content
3. Digital & Website Content
* Create visual assets for website (through Odoo platform), app and digital platforms
* Support visual consistency across channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Work with photo and video content
4. Physical & Event Materials
* Design rollups, exhibition materials, and printed assets
* Support visuals for events, trainings, and activations
5. Brand Consistency & Asset Management
* Maintain consistency across all visual outputs
* Support development of:
* brand asset library
* photo and video library

Required Skills
* High Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma (canva designers are not accepted)
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, and composition
* Ability to create both digital and print materials
* Attention to detail and consistency
* Languages: English (must), Nederlands (nice to have), German (nice to have)
Nice to have:
* Basic motion or video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
* Experience with presentation design and structured content
Qualifications
* Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent experience
* 3–7 years of experience (flexible for strong candidates), if you don't have sufficant years of experience blow our minds with your portfolio
Practical
* Starting as Part-time: ~25 hours/week
* Location: EU-based preferred (remote possible)
