Verantwoordelijkheden
What will you do?
Process Improvement & Standardisation
1. Identify and eliminate process losses.
2. Develop new standards and ensure our Daily Management Systems (DMS) run effectively.
Data & Change Management
3. Design and maintain data analysis systems.
4. Lead change management and validate process changes.
Coaching & Capability Building
5. Coach line teams and further develop the SET structure (Site Expert Trainers).
6. Ensure strong knowledge transfer and capability building across teams.
Technical Expertise
7. Act as the first point of contact for technical issues.
8. Support troubleshooting, improvement initiatives and investments in the processing area.
Collaboration & Innovation
9. Coordinate R&D tests, promote best practices and work closely with Line Leads, Maintenance Leads and Engineers.
Kwalificaties
Who are you?
10. Minimum in a leadership or specialist role in a production environment.
Or
11. Ambitious graduates (Bachelor or Master) in Food Technology, Process Technology, Bio‑engineering, Industrial Sciences or similar fields who want to build a career in FMCG.
12. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
13. Excellent communicator, coach and true team player.
14. Flexible and hands‑on—comfortable participating in changeovers and planned stops.
15. Fluent in Dutch and English, with good spoken French.

29. Procesverbetering en standaardisatie
Je elimineert procesverliezen, ontwikkelt nieuwe standaarden en zorgt dat onze Daily Management Systems (DMS) optimaal functioneren.
30. Data & Change Management
Je ontwerpt en onderhoudt systemen voor data-analyse, leidt change management en valideert proceswijzigingen.
31. Coaching & Capability Building
Je coacht lijnteams, bouwt de SET-structuur (Site Expert Trainers) uit en zorgt voor kennisoverdracht.
32. Technische expertise
Je bent het aanspreekpunt bij technische problemen, ondersteunt troubleshooting en werkt mee aan investeringen en verbeteringen in de processing area.
33. Samenwerking & Innovatie
Je coördineert R&D-tests, promoot best practices en werkt nauw samen met Line Leads, Maintenance Leads en engineers.
Qualifications
Wie ben jij?
34. Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende of specialistische rol in een productieomgeving.

We verwelkomen zowel ervaren professionals als jonge talenten met een bachelor of master diploma in voeding, procestechnologie, bio-ingenieur, industriële wetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting, die ambitie tonen om binnen de FMCG-sector hun eerste carrièrestappen te zetten.
35. Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
36. Communicatief sterk, coachend en een echte teamspeler.
37. Flexibel en hands-on: je bent bereid actief deel te nemen aan changeovers en geplande stops.
38. Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus.
