* Customer Service & Order-to-Delivery (Inbound Flow)
* Manage incoming purchase orders and ensure accurate entry into ERP systems.
* Coordinate inbound deliveries with logistics and suppliers to ensure timely arrivals.
* Handle supplier communication (phone/email) and provide clear, professional support.
* Monitor order and delivery status; proactively resolve supply issues to ensure continuity.
* Follow up on backorders, delays, and discrepancies (quantity, quality, documentation).
* Purchase Analysis & Reporting
* Prepare and update procurement forecasts in collaboration with the purchase team.
* Track and analyze key KPIs (supplier performance, delivery reliability, price evolution, stock levels).
* Provide regular reports and dashboards to management.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain efficiency.
We are looking for a Customer Service & Purchase Analyst that :
* Bilingual Dutch/French (spoken & written); good knowledge of English is an asset.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order management, procurement support, supply chain, or purchase analysis.
* Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
