About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of International Growth & Partnerships to accelerate our global expansion and strengthen strategic relationships. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving business growth, leading market entry strategies, and building high-performing teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape the company’s future and participate in its success through equity (shares) in the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the CEO to define and execute the company’s international growth strategy.
* Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration.
* Lead business development efforts in targeted international markets.
* Oversee recruitment in new markets, working closely with HR to attract top talent.
* Support and mentor local teams to achieve commercial targets.
* Negotiate high-value deals and partnership agreements.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
* Represent the company at key industry events, building visibility and influence.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in commercial real estate brokerage and/or marketplace business development.
* Strong track record in international business growth and partnership development.
* Leadership experience, including hiring and team-building across multiple markets.
* Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
