We are seeking a seasoned Global Sales Leader to drive the growth and expansion of our international commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement global sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
2. Lead a team of sales, channel, and sales operations professionals to achieve sales excellence and operational efficiency.
3. IDentify and capitalize on growth opportunities in existing and new markets, focusing on sustainable relationships and profitable expansion.
4. BUILD and nurture strategic relationships with key accounts and global partners.
5. Contribute to the company's global strategy and decision-making as a member of the executive committee.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Possess a Master's degree combined with significant senior sales leadership experience within an FMCG environment.
* Bring over 15 years of professional experience, demonstrating strong expertise in sales and strategic capabilities.
* Be able to build trust effortlessly both internally and externally, inspiring and leading multicultural teams.
* Have a strong understanding of sales tools such as Category management, CRM, BI, and be comfortable working with data.
* Speak fluent English, good knowledge of Dutch is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
