KEY INFORMATION

1. Length of contract:6‑month internship, non‑renewable

2. Reimbursement:€1,077.06 gross/month

3. Location:Distribution Center in Sint‑Niklaas, Belgium

4. Language requirements:English and Dutch

5. Post‑Internship Outlook:While this internship is not designed to transition into a permanent or temporary role, opportunities may arise depending on business needs and individual performance

JOB SUMMARY & DETAILS

As ourHR Operations & HRIS Intern, you will support projects that are transforming the way our HR teams work every day. You will work closely with the HR Operations team to enhance processes, improve digital workflows, and help streamline internal service delivery.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, HR systems, problem‑solving, and making processes more efficient.

You will gain hands‑on exposure toWorkday, Microsoft Copilot, shared‑drive structures, and HR mailbox management, while contributing to improvements that impact employees across the organization.

Here’swhatyou’llbe responsible forwhen joining our team:

1. Workday Case Management Support

7. Assistwith the setup, configuration, and testing of the new Case Management module

8. Help document processes andidentifyimprovement opportunities

9. Support user acceptance testing and feedback collection

2. HR Mailbox Optimization (Microsoft Copilot)

10. Help structure and streamline HR mailboxes to improve service levels

11. Assistin building automated response flows and templates using Copilot

12. Contribute to service improvement byidentifyingrecurring employee questions

3.Mediwe& HR Administration Support

13. Support administrative follow‑up related toMediweprocesses

14. Ensureaccurate,timelyhandling and compliant documentation

4. Process Optimization & Digital HR Tools

15. Help map, simplify, and improve HR workflows

16. Collaborate on projects focused on efficiency and employee experience

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

17. You are studying Human Resources, Business Administration, HR Technology, IT & Business, or a related field

18. You have a strong interest in HRIS, digital tools, and process optimization

19. You are analytical, curious, and enjoy solving problems

20. You are proactive, well‑organized, and comfortable working independently

21. You communicate clearly and confidently in English and Dutch

22. You are eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, international environment

23. Experience with HR platforms (such as Workday orProtime) is a plus, but notrequired
