What are the responsibilities?
1. Install and maintain SKIDATA's access control and parking management systems, ensuring optimal performance in Brussels and the surrounding area.
2. Act as the face of SKIDATA, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
3. Diagnose and resolve issues on-site, minimizing disruption to our customers' business operations.
4. Work independently on projects, with flexibility in prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing customer needs.
5. Be available for on-call duty (every five weeks) to ensure systems remain operational outside regular business hours, with additional compensation.

6. You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
7. You’re eager to learn and want to grow in a customer-facing, hands-on engineering role.
8. You’re interested in IT and enjoy working with technology.
9. You have experience in updates or patching (software updates)
10. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working independently, but are also a

12. You’re fluent in Dutch and can converse in French and English
