Je bewaakt de dagelijkse werking van onze winkels met focus op klantbeleving en efficiëntieJe stuurt een team aan van ±250 medewerkers en bouwt aan een sterke, positieve werkcultuurJe analyseert KPI's, data en markttrends en vertaalt deze naar slimme, strategische beslissingenJe investeert in talentontwikkeling via coaching en training
Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring in retailmanagement, idealiter binnen fashionJe hebt een sterke track record in budgetbeheer en financiële opvolgingJe hebt uitstekende kennis van Excel en weet data om te zetten in actiegerichte inzichtenJe communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een sterke plus)Je hebt een duidelijke passie voor mode en volgt trends op de voet

To take 7 stores, 250 employees, and an entire retail operation to the next level?As an Operations Manager, you are the driving force behind our daily operations and future growth. You combine strategic insight with hands-on leadership and translate vision into tangible results on the shop floor.As you are responsible for multiple locations, you will regularly travel between our stores across Belgium. You will be based at the office within our network that is most convenient for you, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.
Lead 7 Team Leaders, providing direction, coaching, and motivationOversee the daily operations of our stores with a focus on customer experience and efficiencyRegularly visit our different locations to ensure consistent execution of our retail strategyManage a workforce of approximately 250 employees, fostering a strong and positive work cultureDevelop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targetsManage budgets and closely monitor financial performanceAnalyze KPIs, data, and market trends to drive smart, strategic decisionsDrive talent development through coaching and training
You have at least 10 years of experience in retail management, ideally in fashionYou have a strong track record in budget management and financial oversightYou have excellent Excel skills and know how to translate data into actionable insightsYou communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus)You have a genuine passion for fashion and keep up with trends
