To strengthen our team, we are looking for Talent Management Senior Specialist to join our Y‑EMEA Headquarters in Lummen.
What you will do?
* Design, refine, and maintain core Talent Management processes.
* Lead and coordinate TM cycles and development activities.
* Act as a key partner for HR Operations, Growth & Performance Hub Specialists and HRBPs on all TM topics.
* Support digitalization of TM tools and OneHR enhancements.
* Create communication materials and deliver TM trainings.
* Help build a consistent development culture across our organization.
What we’re looking for:
* 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in Talent Management or Development
* Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences
* Strong conceptual thinking and process design skills
* Experience working with HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities
