As a Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the complete billing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining customer accounts, and supporting month‐end activities.
Manage customer account set-up and maintenance, according to company processes.Provide assistance on pricing & invoicing using contract as reference.Assist the Supervisor Accounting on credit risk related activities.
Other accounting activities~ Serve as backup to other accounting roles during absences, primarily the AP/AR Accountant activities.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in Billing-related functionsGood knowledge of Belgian GAAPRelevant experience in ERP/Accounting software (e.g. Strong Microsoft Office skills, with very good Excel knowledgeFluency in English. Knowledge of French is considered an asset
