Compensation: $19–$65/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
* Execute end-to-end digital illustration workflows using Krita or Libresprite.
* Develop concepts, compositions, and fully rendered artwork demonstrating professional techniques.
* Document artistic decisions, layer structures, and creative problem-solving steps for AI training.
* Refine color, value, brush usage, and visual design throughout each project.
* Collaborate with the team to share feedback and improve creative workflows.
* Troubleshoot and resolve creative or technical illustration challenges.
Requirements
* Proven expertise in Krita or Libresprite with a strong illustration portfolio.
* Experience completing full digital illustration projects from sketch to final output.
* Solid foundation in graphic design, composition, and visual storytelling.
* Strong organizational skills for layer management and workflow clarity.
* Excellent written and verbal communication to explain creative intent.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
