CRM Officer

Job Description

Contribute to the Customer Centric approach within IGTD International by owning the CRM Tool (Salesforce) and provide insights to the Commercial Team.

Your role:

1. Set-up and maintain the Territory Management process and data

2. Handle users management (creation, change, deletion)

3. Train users on essential features (e.g opporunities)

4. Track and handle cases raised by users (e.g Accounts type)

5. Promote Salesforce through the organization

6. Salesforce adoption by the Sales Team

7. Insights based on data from Salesforce such as Funnel management overview, activities with Customers, Tenders impact, etc.

You're the right fit if:

8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

9. Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM-focused role, preferably with Salesforce.

10. Experience in a commercial or customer-facing organization is an advantage.

11. Strong command of Excel and data visualization tools is a plus.

12. Ability to translate data into actionable insights to support commercial strategy.

13. Confident in training and supporting users on CRM functionalities.

14. Strong communication skills to promote CRM adoption across the organization.

15. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

16. A team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional, international environment.

17. Comfortable taking ownership and driving continuous improvement.
