Als vaste partner van onze klant actief binnen de machinebouw krijgen we het vertrouwen om actief op zoek te gaan naar sterke medewerkers! Your main task will be to manage purchase orders, including: Bulk orders: You’ll take charge of a set list of regular suppliers. Using automatically generated stock reports, you place recurring orders and follow them up accordingly. Urgent day-to-day orders: For items not in stock, you handle last-minute, ad hoc orders. You’ll maintain a clear overview of priorities and make suggestions for improving our stock lists. You'll also take care of a variety of administrative tasks, such as: Verifying and pre-approving invoices based on purchase orders and agreed prices Monitoring delivery timelines Creating new product references in our internal software You work efficiently and can easily switch between tasks without losing sight of deadlines. You have a good command of Dutch and English (written communication in particular). French is a plus. You ideally hold a Bachelor's degree (Office Management, Business Administration, etc.). However, relevant experience in a similar role is just as valuable. No technical background? No problem. We’ll provide full training tailored to your responsibilities. A competitive salary: We’ll discuss your package together. On top of that, we offer attractive benefits like meal vouchers (€8 per worked day), eco vouchers (€250), and hospitalisation insurance (with the option to include family members). Personalised training: You’ll get the support you need to become confident and skilled in your role. We’ll guide you through our internal software, our machines, and the different types of spare parts. Focus on wellbeing: We care about your health. You’ll benefit from a bike leasing plan, free fruit, and ergonomic office furniture. Extra time off: You’ll work 39 hours a week, giving you 6 extra paid leave days in addition to your 20 statutory holidays and 10 public holidays. Flexible leave planning: No collective closures. You can take your compensatory leave (ADV) in hours, not just full days. Comfortable working hours: Choose a fixed daily start time, 8:00, 8:15 or 8:30. From Monday to Thursday, afternoons always run from 13:00 to 17:15. On Fridays, your weekend starts early at 15:00. Celebrating wins together: We regularly organise team events like a family day, New Year’s reception and team-building activities.
