As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, translating brand vision into actionable plans and tactical tools.
Our client is a well-established pharmaceutical company that will be launching its first Rx brand. This organisation has a proven track record of delivering quality products, striving for excellence in its field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic marketing plans to launch new Rx brands
* Enhance market presence and OTC product performance through targeted marketing initiatives
* Analyze market trends, competitor insights, and consumer behavior to optimize marketing campaigns
* Define and manage marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Tactical Implementation:
* Translate strategic dimensions into practical marketing actions and plans
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies
* Prepare and execute marketing initiatives aligned with internal and external regulations
* Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, considering the 4 P's
* Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations regarding medicine sales and promotional support
Reporting and Analysis:
* Prepare detailed reports on brand performance, recommending improvements and areas for growth
* Responsible for monthly reporting, analyzing results achieved versus objectives, and providing recommendations for future improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
* +5 years of experience in marketing as Brand/ Product Manager
* Proven expertise in marketing targeting Healthcare Practitioners with Rx products
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data effectively
* Experience in managing budgets and marketing campaigns
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Hands-on, proactive, and innovative mindset with a focus on achieving results
* Well-organized and structured, with the ability to work autonomously
* Fluency in English (mandatory)
