Software Support Professional
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn quickly.
* Provide top-notch support to customers by investigating and resolving their issues in a timely manner.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer inquiries.
* Contribute to the improvement of software by escalating valuable feedback and suggestions.
In return for your dedication and enthusiasm, you will receive comprehensive training, including a two-week intensive functional training program with certification.
You will have the opportunity to work on side projects, such as recruiting and onboarding new colleagues, providing training, and more.
To succeed in this role, you should be fluent in English, with fluency in Dutch or German being a plus. Any other European language is also desirable.
You will also have technical knowledge of XML, Python, and JS.
