Then you might be the Professional Services Project Manager we’re looking for to strengthen our team in the heart of Antwerp.

We develop a platform that lets consultants and experts create interactive online assessments and automatically generate personalized reports.
With customers such as AstraZeneca, Deloitte, BNP Paribas, KBC, New York Life, and many more, our customer base spans 56 different countries. However, this only means there are 140 countries left worldwide to reach out to, and we’re going for it!
Responsibilities
* Manage client projects from start to finish: scoping, planning, execution, and follow-up.
* Coordinate remote delivery partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
* Communicate with customers (chat, email, calls) about progress and next steps.
* Prepare project quotes and assist the sales team in pre-sales follow-up.
* Execute small setup tasks yourself (e.g., HTML/CSS, setup in Pointerpro).
* Document and standardize recurring project components.
* Ensure project profitability and contribute to improving our service offering.
(*) A typical client project lasts 1–10 days and involves setup or programming work (HTML/CSS) in our application, sometimes combined with external tools — for example, building complex questionnaires, designing PDF reports, or creating dashboards with the Pointerpro Dashboard Builder.
Qualifications
* Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in client-facing project delivery.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Fluent English (Dutch is a plus).
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and a hands-on attitude.
* Comfortable coordinating remote teams and working independently.
